About me

Jennifer at a rooftop bar, sat with her hand under her chin.

Books have always been my safe place—whether I was reading, writing, or getting lost in Wattpad stories (in its early days) when I should’ve been studying. I fell for contemporary romance in my late teens (Sylvia Day’s Crossfire series, anyone?), getting hooked on character chemistry, the satisfying drama and spice, and the escapsim it brought to my everyday life. That turned into an even deeper interest in the genre, and I never looked back since.

After getting my degree in English Literature and building a (unfulfilling and often stressful) career in content marketing, I decided to put my editorial instincts to better use: helping indie romance authors bring their stories to life with confidence, and keep adding to the escapism many of us crave in books. I launched my freelance editing services in 2025 to do just that, alongside a longer-term goal to contribute to the romance world with my upcoming book recommendation app (more on that soon!).

Today, I work with authors who want to strengthen their stories without losing their voice or breaking the bank. Whether you're looking for honest feedback, a manuscript critique, or a professional proofread, my goal is always the same: to support your vision, your style, and your book’s success.
